As a landscaper and installer of Artifical Grass we regularly order from AGD. We cannot fault the service and quality. Any issues have always been quickly resolved. We are constantly called by competitive suppliers who try and undercut with a substandard product but after having so many good experiences with AGD we will be sticking with them as our chosen grass supplier for the foreseeable future. - Archie @ AJ Contracting

Fantastic company! Ordered several different samples off different companies and product 'London 38mm' hit the jackpot! Everyone at Artificial grass direct were friendly, helpful and extremely quick with there response and delivery! Extremely happy with the quality of this product

Originally ordered through B&Q however sent it back due to it being of poor quality with the backing flaking and coming away from the fibres. Therefore, I ordered from AGD the lawn was called Chelsea 38mm pile. I'm more than happy with the quality and the price, 5 stars "thank you"

We bought some decking and the quality of service has been superb. They delivered on time and even delivered a few extra boards when I needed them, even posting on a few board caps that I needed. The staff are very helpful and the quality of the boards is superb. Highly recommended.

I’ve had 2 deliveries of artificial grass from this company. The quality of grass is fantastic and service has been great. I had a slight issue with my second delivery which was probably my fault when reordering as I didn’t tell them I was matching up grass and I had a shading issue. The team from artificial grass direct couldn’t have done more to sort me out. Everything was sorted immediately and I am so impressed with my back garden transformation. I have been extremely impressed with their response and delivery was always as stated. For a company to offer the service they have given me, during a pandemic when other companies are not even delivering and when I’m sure they are busier than ever, and probably with a lower workforce than normal. I cannot fault them at all, also delivery to Northern Ireland was incredibly reasonable in comparison to other sites. I can’t fault anything from this company, I’ve read previous negative reviews, all happening during this covid pandemic. It clearly states on their site that delivery isn’t normal at this time and they have increased orders. Probably due to people like me, furloughed and sitting in a garden and realising it needed sprucing up. I think some people need to be more supportive of companies like this, working through covid 19, with limited resources and customers with unrealistic expectations. I am a genuine customer and have been nothing but impressed with this company providing a great service during a very challenging time for everyone. I wish them all the best for the future in this very challenging retail climate. I think we should be supporting independent retailers like this who still believe in great customer service.
