Had a great experience with Artificial Grass North East from the start of the estimating/planning process with Andy through to the final installation. Communication from Sam in the office about the whole procedure was first class. The installation team of Kaci, Ross and Mike were first class too.......arriving each day when they said they would and carrying out the installation with care and professionalism. and always keeping us in the picture with the installation progress. Our garden area covered is quite large but now looks great and will be a boon for us and our pets as we will no longer have to suffer and deal with muddy paws. If you're considering an artificial lawn we would definitely recommend Artificial Grass North East to do the work for you.

First class service, from our first contact to installation of the lawn. The installation team were great and worked hard all day to complete the job in one day. They took real pride in the job and left the garden immaculate. The lawn looks so good - friends have commented that it looks like real grass. It’s a massive improvement so pleased we did it! Would highly recommend.

Absolutely magnificent grass installation carried out to an excellent degree of workmanship by Phil and Michael very hard working and professional lads. This has totally transformed our garden we are over the moon with it and can recommend Artificial Grass North East without any reservations. A great big thank you to all involved with our installation from the beginning to end can’t praise you enough.

Phil and Micky grafted for 2 days on a fnront plot about 8 metres by 3 metres with the added hazards of 2 large drain covers and a significant slope. Excellent work although the tea bill was high!. You can see the end result attached. I've done before and after. Great job speaks for itself. Thanks so much. Highly recommended.

I couldnt have imagined how good the transformation would be. It makes the garden look so much bigger. The team turned up early on a morning and worked non stop, such a hard working team. Phil and Micky were amazing, couldnt have asked for any better. We were kept informed from day one, from the initial meeting to the end result. We would highly recommend.
