I cannot recommend Artificial Grass Solutions enough for the incredible work they did on our garden. They took a small garden with old, tired concrete slabs and muddy, poor growing grass. Into a space we can utilise whatever the weather, by installing artificial, dog friendly, grass and adding stunning porcelain paving. Simons attention to detail and knowledge was second to none resulting in a high-end, polished look that I didn’t think was possible. He and his team worked extremely hard every single day and were incredibly professional throughout. They took the time to explain every stage of the process, ensuring I was happy with the decisions and layout. They were also tidy, cleaning up at the end of each day, which made the whole project much less stressful. If you are looking to improve your garden, look no further. Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend Simon more for anyone looking to get artificial grass installed. After a returf and multiple attempts of reseeding we realised we were fighting a losing battle with a new build garden and dog! When looking for companies I wanted to ensure we used a local supplier vs a chain and that choice paid off! From initial enquiry right through to installation Simon was professional, knowledgeable and super friendly. We wanted to ensure the grass was not too green so it was natural (ish) looking and would be dog friendly, and Simon ensured we were confident with the option we chose. On installation day the efficiency and quality of work was fantastic! We are so incredibly pleased with our new lawn and no more dirty paw prints ….we wish we had of done it ages ago!! Our small garden had well worn grass on concrete like ground due to no topsoil. The surface was uneven and sloped in several directions. Not one part of it was flat enough to place seating. It was boring and something to be ashamed of. We had been unable to instigate any work for six years for various reasons. We were recently able to plan our requirement and approach Simon of AGSS who added welcome variations and ideas. He was very observant in pointing out little oddities that would have caused a problem and that we had not noticed; he then planned around them. The work program was like clockwork for removal of the surface, with deliveries and collection timed to perfection. Simon and Michael worked together in perfect unison, always keeping us updated as to what was and would be happening. The work was constant and professional. No 'bodges' have been detected and extra little 'tweeks' were done for us that we would have had difficulty preparing. Finally we had ordered an arbour, which arrived the day following completion. We would have found it virtually impossible to put together and move by ourselves. Simon and Michael returned on the day of delivery and took over the impossible task. Even so the exercise was not easy. The job was completed and extra safety braces were sunk to prevent movement. Everything was cleaned up and one would never know they had been here except for the result. The garden has been utterly transformed ready for this coming summer, with slopes evened out and a large raised flat grass patio with a slope for when we get even older. We could not be more pleased with the outcome. Although they will not show, we award an extra 5 'bonus' stars for work 'over and above'. The outstanding willingness to do extras and discuss any variations that might be needed or might improve the outcome was reassuring. Finally we were overcome with the honesty that arose with the invoice that finally came in with a refund when less gravel had been used than that estimated. A very rare outcome these days. Take our word for it, these people are brilliant, professional and honest, they integrate with you rather than remain detached to just do the job. Thank you Simon and Michael.

When looking for a company to sort the garden out, you naturally look through reviews, for me any company where every review is a 5 star fills you with confidence. So we contacted Simon and when he came over we knew straight away we were going to use his services. Simon was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what we would need in our garden as we have 4 dogs and having real grass was not an option! Simon and his team have tranformed our garden. They were hard working, professional and very tidy. Every evening Simon made sure we knew the plan for the following day. We are absolutely thrilled with our new garden, we haven't stopped working on it, planting lots of things in our new raise bedding. The dogs are very happy to have some grass again. Would highly recommend. Very professional, attended at the time he said he would for both the quote and work. They work continually and very hard non stop whilst completing all the work at a very high standard and attention to detail. We were extremely pleased with the final outcome. They left the garden and driveway extremely tidy and clean after they left. Such a great work ethic demonstrated. Again we would highly recommend their services, having been recommended them ourselves by a friend after they received such great service also. Thank you Simon and your team for such a wonderful job.
