We haven’t received the shipment yet 😊, but I wanted to leave a review about the excellent service we experienced both over the phone and in-store. Emma, Jonathan, and Simon were all incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made sure we got exactly what we needed. We’ll definitely be using their service again—highly recommended!

Went to the bracknell branch and had the most amazing and easy experience. Got a lisbon grass at the most affordable price on the market. So glad to have Louie serve us, he's such a gentleman and great at his job!! 5 stars for him.

Visited the store to look at artificial grass and realised that they also do wooden flooring, tiles and decking. It’s like a one-stop-shop!! Spoke with Jonathon at the store and his service was incredible. He has a very good knowledge of the products and was able to guide us and answer our questions. We will certainly be going back for all our flooring needs.

Simon in the Bracknell branch was extremely helpful! Showed us all the artificial grass and chatted with us to find the best option as we have 6 kids! He was brilliant and we were very happy with the final choice! It makes such a difference when there is someone who listens to what we want and doesn't just push things on us!.
