From the initial consultation through to completion, we received outstanding service from Easigrass. Everything was arranged quickly, efficiently, and exactly as explained, making the whole process completely stress-free. The installation team were fantastic professional, hardworking, and clearly committed to delivering a high-quality result. They worked tirelessly, and the transformation of our garden has been incredible. We genuinely can’t believe how beautiful it now looks. Wow !! Unbelievable transformation ! Where do I start ? Best start with David ,what a fantastic lovely person , he project managed our garden re design from start to finish Nothing was to much for him and the team He regularly checked in to keep an eye on the project , and was always at the end of the phone when ever we needed him no delay . The attention to detail was 2nd to none all the way through he was fantastic !!!! His team were unbelievable , thx to the Brazilian boys who worked so so hard all the way through ! They were meticulous with their work , tidied up every single day hardly any mess apart from the obvious things with ripping out your whole garden . Deliveries were bang on time skips collected on time every time . The whole project was seamless from start to finish which made things so much easier for my wife and I , no stress at all which is very hard to find now a days . If you're thinking about any garden project you should definitely consider David his partner Frazer who was equally as lovely and not forgetting the Brazilian boys . I cannot recommend Dave and his team highly enough. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. I’ll admit that I initially had some doubts as Dave was almost too kind and readily available whenever I needed him. The team was professional, hardworking, efficient, and incredibly skilled. I was amazed at how quickly they completed the work, and the results exceeded all my expectations. It was completed in 8 hours . My garden has been completely transformed and looks absolutely magnificent. It’s now a space I can truly enjoy. We are delighted with our new lawn so far, which is looking so smart. Last week we were having to look at a boggy mess from our windows. We were unable to walk on the lawn and the dog was banned from the garden because he brought in so much mud on his paws. In a matter of less than a week we now have a new Easigrass lawn. Many thanks to David and his team who from start to finish have been amazing. David arranged everything from start to finish and as promised, all arrangements went like clockwork. The installers led by Sorin, were efficient, polite and so hardworking. They left our property clean and tidy, unlike some workmen we have used in the past. All in all, a brilliant job was achieved by everyone, not forgetting, the office staff who were also very efficient and friendly. Easygrass have now laid grass to the other side of our garden today and it looks fantastic. The team worked tirelessly for two days in rain for most of the time and have made a great job, every bit as good as the first project. We decided to wait for 6 months to see how our Golden retriever got on with the grass on the one side of our garden and we have had no issues at all, it still looks as good as new. So after a lot of deliberation over many years and lots of research too, we finally took the plunge and went for Artificial Grass. The aim was to stop the mud coming in indoors from our dog. Started and completed the same day. No mess, No fuss and skip collected later that day too. So pleased with it. The process from start to finish was excellent. Thanks Easigrass Essex & Hert for such a fabulous job.
