There are so many companies out there all claiming to do a great job and be the best but I am so pleased that we chose Terry for the job! He has gone the extra mile and done an amazing job of transforming my Mums garden. Nothing was too much trouble and his attention to detail is exactly what we were looking for. Thank you

I am very disappointed with the service Terry has, or has not, provided and would not recommend this company for artificial grass services. After paying £200 deposit which Terry confirmed he received over IMessage, Terry failed to get back in touch with us regarding the grass and changes to our order. After finally getting in touch with him after close to a month of paying the deposit he denied receiving any texts after the deposit was paid, however WhatsApp and iMessage show that Terry had received and read all the messages sent. After this phone call Terry continued to ignore our calls, texts and emails and calls from our bank. Terry was given ample time to at least contact us back never mind refund the deposit but he failed to do so. There has been a total lack of communication and respect for customers. I have never wrote a bad review for anyones business, however how we have been treated needs to be addressed and potential customers should be made aware before paying the deposit like we did.

Terry has done a fantastic job on replacing my old artificial grass with excellent quality new one. Turned up on time and just cracked on with the job. I am more than happy with his work and quality of grass.
