We are absolutely delighted with the work from First Light Landscaping. The design was excellent, carefully aligned to our budget and exactly what we needed. They transformed what had been a bit of a hotchpotch area into a beautiful patio with flowing steps and a pathway that now connects seamlessly to the rest of the garden. They also removed an old, unused patio, giving the whole space far more purpose, coherence, and flow. The workmanship is pristine and high quality, and the transformation is remarkable. The whole team was a pleasure to have around - very talented and respectful. Special thanks to Rich and Murphy for their hard work and the stunning end result. Matty’s work on the Yorkshire stone was genuinely impressive, and Jake kept us fully informed throughout with excellent communication and insight into the process. We felt complete trust in the team from start to finish. Huge thanks to everyone involved. We highly recommend First Light Landscaping.

We were unfortunate to have someone crash into our garden wall, but the lads at First Light have done an incredible job restoring it back to the original state, which was really important to us. On top of that they even sorted us out with a gorgeous new gate as the stone had shifted and broken our old one. They were great from the moment we first called. Cannot recommended them enough.

From the very first conversation, First Light impressed us. Neal took the time to really listen to what we wanted, working with us to refine the designs until they were exactly right - nothing felt rushed or off-the-shelf. When it came to the work itself, James, Ian and Louie were fantastic. They were polite and professional throughout, kept us in the loop at every stage, and left the place spotless each day. The quality of the finish speaks for itself. A genuinely great experience from start to finish. Would highly recommend First Light Landscaping to anyone looking for a landscaper who takes real pride in their work

First Light did an incredible job transforming our new build garden into a much more usable, beautiful space. From the get-go with Sammy, she really saw our vision and brought it to life with the initial design plans, advising us along the way on what would and wouldn't work. What really stood out was that at no point were we pressured into using them for the actual build. But you could tell they were all experts and genuinely passionate about what they do, so it was a no-brainer. Neal talked us through all the practical side of things and answered our many questions with so much patience and Liam the Director even popped over before work started to have a chat and clarify some points. The landscapers then came in and transformed everything. It was a classic new build situation, the ground was all manner of levels and bumpy, so there was a huge amount of levelling work to do, and they handled it all seamlessly. The whole thing was incredibly well organised with no delays at all, all materials and machinery arriving exactly when needed. The guys started early every day and worked through all manner of weather to get the job done to a very high standard, always cleaning up at the end of the day. The attention to detail was impressive too, to the point of making sure the gaps between the paving slabs were as even as possible. They also thoughtfully arranged for a portable loo on site, so they didn't need to come inside the house at any point, which was really considerate. We worked with Sue on the planting design and she was clearly just as passionate about her craft. She took the time to really understand what we wanted. Not only did they create a great entertaining space at the back, they also gave us a new drive at the front and a private side garden, which has made the whole property much more usable and attractive. We'll definitely be using them again for the next phase of the garden. Only piece of advice is to look after them and offer plenty of drinks, they work really hard. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Firstlight Landscaping created us a garden from what was originally a tarmacked and garaged area at the rear of our house. Neal was our initial contact, measuring the area and providing us with 2 alternative designs in a glossy booklet. We chose the design we preferred, and then the rest of the team got into action when an appropriate timeslot became available. We had a shed erected first, so that the contents of the garage could be transferred before being demolished. Liam & Dave did the demolition and excavation and removed all the debris in preparation for the construction. Dave and James were there constantly during an 8 week period with a bit of Mario thrown in. Working non stop from the time they arrived until they finished for the day, always tidying up before they left. The result was a carbon copy of the design and has provided us with a beautiful secure space at the rear of our property. Throughout the build, they updated us with what they had planned for the week and each day, and welcomed our input into tweaks along the way. The whole team were respectful to us and the neighbours on our street and we are delighted with the end result. We would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone wanting to improve their outside space. Dave and Sue Chapel Allerton
