We recently had extensive landscaping and external works completed to the front of our home and cannot recommend First Impressions highly enough. The project included a full transformation of the frontage with new resin surfaces, boundary works, and a complete upgrade to the overall appearance and finish of the property. From start to finish, the quality of workmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism shown throughout was outstanding. The team took real pride in their work and the end result has completely transformed the look of our home. The resin finish in particular looks fantastic and has been completed to an exceptionally high standard. What really stood out, however, was their reliability and willingness to help when we needed it most. During the project we experienced a number of issues where other contractors let us down, but they stepped in on several occasions to help keep things moving and support us through difficult situations. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they consistently went above and beyond what was originally expected. Communication throughout was excellent, timelines were managed well, and the site was always kept tidy and organised. It is rare to find contractors who combine such high-quality workmanship with genuine care for their customers, but they absolutely delivered on both. We would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them to anyone looking for landscaping, resin, boundary, or external works. A first-class company and a pleasure to deal with throughout.

Josh & his team have completed my new resin driveway today. I'm delighted with the finished result following a full excavation of my old driveway & the restructure of the new one. They left my property clean & tidy at the end of every day & were polite & courteous throughout, a great bunch of guys! I can highly recommend First Impressions Yorkshire’s attention to detail, expertise & professionalism….thank you Josh.

Josh and his team provided us with a resin patio and driveway. I also had some steps built at the front. There is a lot of work involved for this. This isnt a one man band. We had a team of workers who all worked hard throughout the process. We had to wait a little for the top coat to be applied but this was due to weather conditions and Josh ensuring everything was done properly and to a high standard. We didnt make any payments until the job was complete. I would highly recommend this company for any jobs you might require doing.

Quoted on a Tuesday, started in the Wednesday! From Wednesday morning, it was a burr of busy workers and by Saturday I had a incredible looking resin grey driveway (would have been Friday if weather had not changed!) To say i am shocked is a understatement and I just wish that all businesses worked like this. Throughout the process Josh and the team kept me informed, including giving me some advice about drain covers to match. I am one happy house owner now. It has transformed my property to the best looking house on the street! Please Note: If you are thinking of using straight away, think again. It is 24 hours NO Foot traffic, then 7 days (weather permitting) before any Vehicle Traffic. I can not wait to start using it now! Comes with a 10 year guarantee, however but based on how I saw it being layered/constructed, it should last a lifetime. I don't say this often for tradespeople, but if you are thinking of getting a new driveway, I can not recommend them highly enough.

My friend recommended FIY who did her drive and patio and it still looks as new as it did 4 years ago . We were so impressed with the workmanship and finish that we decided to contact them about our drive and patio also.. From the first contact, they put my mind at ease in how they were going to do the job. They explained all the processes and we were given a detailed quotation and start date by Josh within an hour of his visit. What a brilliant team Josh has, and with such a good work ethic. We are over the moon with the quality, workmanship and with the finish. These guys are very professional and knowledgeable using top quality materials etc. Nothing was too much trouble and everything they said they were going to do they did and within the timescale that they set (weather permitting). We would highly recommend Josh and his team and you will certainly not be disappointed. We want to again thank Josh and his team for a job well done. Big thumbs up from us 😄.
