Shocking company Do not buy!! Really disappointed by this company. I would give them zero stars if it would let me. Found grass cash and carry online all seemed good from the website. Ordered a sample through our builder for artificial grass. Came in good time and of a good quality. Decided to go with grass cash and carry. Made sure we checked on the website to see if they delivered to our area and could see they did as our postcode WAS NOT on there OWN we don’t delivery to list. Our builder got in touch with them through WhatsApp got a price and we ordered online. Only for our builder to receive a message the next day to say they couldn’t go ahead with the order and needed to cancel as it would cost to much to delivery to us. I’m sorry but don’t have a website you can order from if you can not deliver what it says on there. No explanation on why it was too expensive just that we had to wait another 2-5 working days for a refund. The company is a joke. We have instead gone with one of the bigger company’s and have not been let down by them so would advise everyone to avoid at all costs

Easy to find with plenty of parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Great prices. I definitely recommend them. I received excellent service and will order again. I purchased artificial grass underlay and was very satisfied with the experience.

Ordered the grass 2 weeks before and Got let down by a different company Thursday at 5 o clock and the delivery date was suppose to be Friday after and work men where coming Saturday. Phoned This company up Friday at 10 o clock and it was at my house by 5 that night. Can’t recommend this company enough. Would 100% recommend this company. Went out there way to get the grass to me.
