Kate was Fantastic today , She literally Bent over backwards to help me out explaining the the different qualities of Artificial grass and the Benefits. Although the deliveries were very busy upon purchase she pulled some strings and managed to put the order on to suit my needs .She was very polite and couldn't do enough for me ! If only everyone had her sales skills and smile . Thanks Kate , Best wishes, Keith .

BEWARE! SCAMMERS! Took delivery of a grass order recently. We paid for professional fitters to fit and when they rolled out the grass it had a dark line/damage right through the middle, which was confirmed by Grass Direct as a manufacturing fault. Having asked for this to be replaced ASAP, we were informed the product was not available and they were unable to give a timeframe when it would be next available. As a result, a refund was requested…..Grass Direct “customer service” team confidently informed me that they would only refund 50% of the value!!!! Also, the expectation that the customer should pay a collection fee. Not entirely sure how their problem of manufacturing and sending a faulty product has turned into costing me 50% of my order? Not sure their advertised 3 year warranty means anything either! We haven’t even fitted the grass and they are refusing to have it back…..DUE TO A FAULT! So if you are looking for a company who are happy to supply grass with damage (during the manufacturing process) and refuse to abide by the law, this is definitely the place to go! STAY WELL CLEAR! Never experienced a company and supposed customer service department like it.

As a sales team, this branch was good. That's where it ends however. Originally ordered the 'Monaco' in their Cheltenham store on the 19th May. This was set for delivery on the 24th May, so made arrangements to be in for this. The day before, on the 23rd, I get a call saying it's out of stock. This was far from ideal as I had taken time off work to take delivery and also the landscape was all planned for completion that weekend. They agreed to change the grass to the 'Lucerne', which in all fairness is slightly more expensive. This was promised for delivery on the 28th May. Again, I arranged time off for this (today). I even had a tracking reference which said it would arrive by 4:17pm. I then looked at circa 3pm and it said 'failed' as the status. I spoke to an agent on live chat, who said that the grass couldn't be found at the depot. So for the second time, Grass Direct have failed to deliver. Once is bad, but twice is just abysmal. And I only found out because I took the initiative to find out as I could smell something wasn't right. They agreed to refund delivery costs, but only after I asked for compensation. But in reality, this doesn't cut it and it's been a truly awful experience. I also have no faith in the grass even turning up for the new date (31st May). I would STRONGLY suggest looking elsewhere if you want your grass to turn up.

By far the best place to go for Artificial Grass and Flooring. As a trader fitting Artificial Grass and the odd floor we are always looked after and nothing is too much trouble. Used to deal with Andy in Swindon and since that store closed now Cheltenham. Always sorted out quickly and professionally making my job easier.

What a positive experience dealing with this company. Andy was a star to guide me to the best product. Am very happy with the result and the turf looks fabulous.
