Ordered the trident Xtreme and was promised delivery on the Friday, this was delivered as promised at 7pm, by 3.30pm the following day the job was completed including all the preparation etc. The grass looks to be extremely good quality. This was ordered online along with the weed membrane, nails etc. The whole process was 1st class including the delivery. I have no hesitation in recommending this company, many thanks team, my garden now looks fantastic. Dave

We initially had a decent impression of this company — samples arrived promptly and a salesperson named Chris helped with measurements and what we’d need for the installation. That’s about where the positives end. We ordered two pieces of artificial grass, and it was made very clear when ordering that both pieces were for the same area and needed to match. According to the company’s own website, that should mean both are cut from the same batch. What we received was shocking. The first piece matched the sample and was fitted without issue. But the second piece? Completely different. No label, entirely different texture, color, and even the backing material was a different shade. It looked like a totally different product, and to top it off, it had a huge crease running down the middle. When we raised the issue, the company refused to take any responsibility. They wouldn’t replace the mismatched piece or offer any solution. Their customer service has been absolutely appalling. We're now having to go down the route of Trading Standards, a Section 75 claim, and possibly small claims court to try and resolve the issue. If you’re considering buying from Grass Warehouse, think twice. Once they have your money, you’re on your own. Avoid at all costs.

Having initially been impressed by the samples sent I placed an order. Shortly after I noticed they sell directly themselves on B&Q and the prices were 25% cheaper, which was a saving of £220 on the cut I ordered. I contacted them as it was only the next day and I obviously wanted to cancel the order and re-order cheaper. I was told there was a 25% cut off fee that wouldn't be refunded so made it pointless cancelling. Even though I said I still wanted the grass so they wouldn't lose out. The fact I've been left paying so much more through ordering direct and not third party has left me regretting dealing with this company and I haven't even had the grass yet. I was looking forward to laying the grass and now I'm left feeling scammed. I am shocked they wouldn't honour this price after having such a huge difference.

As stated in some other reviews on trust pilot, delivery team rang 2 minutes before getting to my house to say it was too heavy for them to lift and needed help but only my partner was home ready for them doing their job delivering it. my partner had a bad back and obviously couldnt help so I had to pay extra money again (£65) to get it re-delivered when I was home to help the 2 men lift it. and make sure to read the small print on cancelling (wanted £300 to cancel) , I did originally want to cancel because of the delivery team not doing their job and having to re-deliver for extra. I emailed them saying "what is the crack if you are disabled and cant help, can you bot buy the grass" and got no reply... I wouldn't be using them ever again, stressful bad experience.

Grass Warehouse: common questions

Is Grass Warehouse any good?

Grass Warehouse holds 3.8 out of 5 from 360 verified reviews, which places it 13th of 19 covering Liverpool on our ranking. Ranking weights the rating for review volume, so a high score backed by hundreds of reviews counts for more than a perfect score backed by three. Read the individual reviews below before deciding — the pattern matters more than the average.

Where does Grass Warehouse cover?

Grass Warehouse is based in Liverpool (L36 6AN) and appears on our 12 nearest area pages. Most artificial grass installers work within a 20–30 mile radius of their base, but always confirm they cover your postcode before booking a site visit.

What does Grass Warehouse charge for artificial grass?

We do not hold quoted prices for Grass Warehouse. As a benchmark, UK installers charge £40–£58 per m² supplied and fitted for a mid-range 30–35mm pile, so a 40m² garden is usually £1,650–£2,350. Ask for a written quote that separates the turf, the sub-base, edging and waste removal — that is where quotes diverge most.

Is Grass Warehouse a registered company?

Yes. Grass Warehouse is registered at Companies House under company number 13484166, currently showing as unverified. You can check the filing history and registered address directly on the Companies House register.
