Our artificial grass needed attention after a heavy truck drove over it and left a noticeable indent. I got in touch with Simon, and he was at my home within 24 hours to put things right. Nothing was too much trouble, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. I can’t thank him enough and would highly recommend him.

Fantastic service all round, really nice and friendly family business. Quick and easy to get on with- I would highly recommend. And that’s without even saying how great our garden now looks. It’s not just the grass and the sleepers around the edges you’re getting here, it’s the full service. It’s the after service treatment too and the feel that you’re getting value for money through a high quality product. I would highly recommend hi-tech turf and their team. Thank you so much to Simon and his fab team! Our two year old loves it already- excited for the warmer weather.

What an AMAZING company!! From the very first point of contact from the lady who answered my call to the meeting with Simon, to the men starting the job.... The whole process ran like clockwork! Such a brilliant professional team! The guys worked so hard and did a fantastic job. I'm so pleased this company was highly recommended to me by one of their previous customers. We're extremely pleased with the service that Hi-Tech Turf has provided. The initial consultation was great, the guys who did the work were really professional and kind. They even pointed out a fault with the drains so that we could fix it before they completed the job. Simon was very responsive and replied quickly to my emails and calls. Honestly cannot recommend them enough!
