I initially contacted J R Stephenson Landscaping a few months ago to obtain quotations for a fairly long fence replacement and paving repointing works. From initial contact I could tell that they were a professional company that understood the importance of discussing a customers requirements and offering suggestions as necessary. The fence replacement works have now been carried out and I am delighted with the end result. On site Robert and his team worked extremely hard for a week, were very friendly, kept my garden as clean as possible and were a delight to have around. Anna in the office provides a very efficient admin service which only enhances the feeling that you're dealing with a professional company. The paving repointing works are going to be carried out shortly and based on my experience I wouldn't hesitate to recommend J R Stephenson Landscaping.

From getting a quote to the finished result, we couldn't have asked for a better service. Rob and the team were fantastic, completed the job earlier than expected and always kept us up to date. We had a plan in mind, and we contacted 4 other companies for quotes, and Rob was the only one to suggest an alternative idea to make the most of the space we had. I'm so glad we listened, he definately knows his stuff and we can see he has the experience and skills by the quality of the end result. We are unbelievably happy with our new garden. Replacement of old lawn, patio and gravel path with beautiful sandstone patio. Nothing was too much trouble and you always feel that Robert is interested in what he is creating for you. Very friendly and highly professional service. This is the second time round for me, last time was a huge decking area and new fencing. Next project already in the planning.

First mention to Anna for the brilliant updates on the start date and times, thank you. Wish all business were as good as you are in communication. Robert and his team were spot on their start day and time and we fortunately had great weather for them! Honestly they have transformed my mud pit of a rear lawn into something we can use all year round. Work ethic is brilliant and they barely stopped for the two days, on time, always at it and so clean! They constantly tidied up as they went about the work. I would have no hesitation in recommending J R Stephenson Landscaping to anyone. Very professional, very courteous and very tidy.
