I recently had my lounge carpet fitted by JB Carpets, and once again they’ve delivered a great service. I’ve been using them for over 10 years across a number of my properties, and they’ve consistently been dependable and easy to deal with. This latest job was no exception — everything ran smoothly, communication was clear, and the fitting was completed to a high standard. The carpet has really finished off the room nicely. It’s reassuring to work with a company that’s been so consistent over the years. I’d happily recommend them.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From start to finish, absolutely top-notch service. The person I contacted initially regarding the order was very professional, quick to respond, and communication was spot on the whole way through — I always knew what was happening. The fitters who came to the house were just as great: friendly, efficient, and did a really quick, clean job fitting the carpet. I honestly have no complaints whatsoever. Brilliant service all round. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation, and if I ever need carpets done again, I’d happily use them again and again.

Top quality artificial grass at very good prices! Traveled up from Barry as nowhere else could compete with the prices. I managed to get the thickest possible pile for cheaper than what other places charge for their thinnest. The boys at JB were very helpful and it’s a very professional + tidy set up. It will be my first port of call next time I need flooring.

Thanks to a friend who suggested JB we now have gorgeous laminated flooring in the hall and lounge. What a difference it makes to go into a flooring centre and not be pounced on by a pushy sales person. Both Jacks and their team were a pleasure to chat to and very knowledgeable in helping us choose just the right flooring. Thank you so much. We will be using them again for our landing and stairs. High praise must also go to their team of fitters from RJ Flooring. Richard knows exactly what he is doing and didn’t stop working till the job was done, Sweeping up any dust as he went along . There isn’t many fitters that do that so 5stars to them too
