Very impressed by the work completed. I was surprised that only 2 men arrived to complete the work with nothing but spades and wheelbarrows to dig up the garden. However, they worked hard and to a high standard. When they overloaded the skip and the company refused to take it, they levelled it for me and stacked the extra rubbish neatly to wait for another skip. My only disappointment was them leaving a bottle of urine in the skip as they were welcome to use our loo. I was surprised that no visit was required to provide an estimate and this made me a bit nervous. There was a bit of confusion over the amount of work required which led to a price increase but this was sorted out prior to the work commencing. Coming from such a distance, I could understand them avoiding visiting too often. Overall I am very happy with my new garden.

We can't recommend K9 Turf Ltd enough. All members of the team worked so hard and without breaks, taking much needed refreshments as they worked. They were polite, respectful and good humoured despite the cold, dismal weather. The lawn looks fabulous. It is well fitted and the team listened to our requirements. They moved our rotary dryer position and it is well cemented in. Our greyhound loves the lawn but didn't want to stay out in the drizzle long. We weren't forgotten by the admin side who kept in touch, making sure that we were happy. The team gave us advice on how to take care of it and they will be back for maintenance purposes. They jet washed our patio and left everything clean and tidy. Apologies for poor photography. Thank you K9 - we are extremely happy.

What an amazing job Ben and his team did laying artificial turf for us. They were a pleasure to have around and worked so hard to get it done, clean d up at the end too. We could not be happier, will definitely recommend to anyone who asks about it.

I am absolutely blown away with the result of my 'new' lawn, the transformation is way above my expectations. The team that did the job worked tirelessly and completed in a day, they also cleared up thoroughly once finished, it was a pleasure to have them in my home. I would highly recommend K9 and have done so already with friends and neighbours. Thank you K9 I simply do not have the words to tell you how delighted I am.

Despite atrocious weather conditions Ben and the lads somehow managed to produce a great result. Ben hosed everything down afterwards which left a clean and complete result. The whole team from initial enquiry to completion were very professional and respectful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their service.
