Highly recommend Lydiard Developments! Nick and his team are excellent, professional and did a great job on block paving our drive and front garden, it’s been transformed. The team of Alex, Paul and Tim are hard working and a credit to this local business, they worked through scorching temperatures and completed the job to the highest standards. We are so pleased with the result.

These guys are FANTASTIC! Efficient, cost effective and the quality of work is top notch. They put in a new patio in 3 days and didn't stop working. The final product looks amazing and I can't recommend them highly enough

Nick and his team did a fantastic job building a raised decking area on an awkward sloped bank at the bottom of our garden - which involved dismantling and re-erecting a garden shed. They were on time, professional, tidy, cheerful and responsive. We'd have no hesitation in recommending Lydiard Developments.

Extremely Chuffed with the whole experience throughout. Nick, Alex, Tim & Paul have not only done a top top job on our Patio, block paving & Fencing (other property) they all have restored our faith in tradesman. Communication and professionalism was great, the work & craftsmanship absolutely spot on, Chuffed to bits and very accommodating. Nick and his crew erected a metal fence around our front garden in Grange Park. They arrived right on time and were very professional in every aspect of their work. The fence looks superb and is getting admiring glances from the many walkers passing by (we are right next to Lydiard Park). Nothing was too much trouble and they thoroughly deserve the 5 star rating we are giving them. Highly recommended, extremely honest, tidy workers.
