We recently had Manning & Sons booked in to lay Porcelain Paving in two locations, the front and rear of the property. This included removal of existing paving, and a large dig to extend into a new area in the garden, and to widen the front path. They arrived promptly every day, and turned it around in a very good time. All of the guys that were in attendance were polite, professional and courteous. They did an excellent job on both areas, and their work has been mentioned by many neighbours. All waste was gone at the end of their works, leaving no sign they had been there other than two stunning new Paved areas. Everything they said they would do was done, and despite a few unexpected hurdles they pushed on and made no fuss. Fantastic family run and operated business.

From initial discussion and quote to the work carried out and the end result, Matt, Andy & Sam were fantastic. We had an idea of what we wanted to achieve, but they worked with us to help us realise it, recommending solutions and adjusting where needed in a really flexible way throughout the job. We had old flower beds and overgrown areas removed, new borders and turf applied and a new patio designed & laid with a custom built fence & shed - great guys to have around and a superb end result that we're delighted with. Highly recommend!

We had a lot of work done by Manning & Sons Landscaping over the course of many weeks. This included felling of four very large Conifer trees, a new Fence, a Brick wall that included a soak away for water, the removal of old Lawn, lots of earth works to level the ground to the new brick wall, then Oak Sleepers laid at top of garden and a new Lawn. After the above was completed we then had a new Quartz White Porcelain Patio laid from the side of our house to the back and also a path of the same at the front. Fantastic job all round, we would highly recommend these guys.

We contacted Manning & Sons to build a new retaining wall in our garden. Sam, Matt and Andy were absolutely fantastic, the work was impeccable and they were incredibly accommodating with some tweaks here and there.

Manningandsonsltd holds 5.0 out of 5 from 7 verified reviews, which places it 11th of 19 covering Guildford on our ranking. Ranking weights the rating for review volume, so a high score backed by hundreds of reviews counts for more than a perfect score backed by three. Read the individual reviews below before deciding — the pattern matters more than the average.
Manningandsonsltd is based in Guildford (GU1 2UP) and appears on our 12 nearest area pages. Most artificial grass installers work within a 20–30 mile radius of their base, but always confirm they cover your postcode before booking a site visit.
We do not hold quoted prices for Manningandsonsltd. As a benchmark, UK installers charge £40–£58 per m² supplied and fitted for a mid-range 30–35mm pile, so a 40m² garden is usually £1,650–£2,350. Ask for a written quote that separates the turf, the sub-base, edging and waste removal — that is where quotes diverge most.
