I have had the lads here for around 10 days and the work is excellent! Who knew so much preparation was required to lay grass!!! My job was particularly difficult as it was two banks that needed done but any problem was solved quickly and without fuss. To the chap who wrote the nasty review, well what can I say, I cannot fault Moray Artificial Grass. They did start late but with any outdoor work the weather does get in the way, too hot, too cold, to dry, too wet so delays are inevitable. I cannot praise then enough, fantastic job from start to finish thank you Jimmy and Michael.............

If you are looking for a reliable and professional service, I would advise you to keep looking.......avoid this company! Work was due to begin on our garden on 2nd July but it then got delayed until 9th July because they were behind on other jobs. We understood jobs can slip so we accepted this, but then we were warned, (after chasing them for an update) that It would be delayed again until the 16th July. We hadn’t heard from Jimmy, so were constantly chasing him for updates. When we finally managed to get hold of him, he warned us that it would be delayed again even later than the 16th July. When we said this wasn’t acceptable, as it would be the 4th start date he had given us, his response was very rude. He said he couldn’t give a “flying f@!*” and he would “get the job done this summer”. He never bothered to pick up the phone and warn us of the delays or to apologise. He does everything over Facebook messenger, not very professional! At this point we told him to forget it and we would find a more professional company and we have managed to source the Royal Grass from another distributor. Jimmy told us he was struggling to work in this heat, but you would think this time of year is best for doing ground work as it’s dry. The temperature where we live has barely hit 20 degrees, it’s hardly the Mediterranean! The amount of delays we encountered made me think they are not professionally set up to deal with this work load or perhaps Jimmy is getting too old for this kind of manual job? I would advise you to ask for a detailed quote, with a clear breakdown of what work they are doing and charging you for. If you do decide to get them to do your garden, insist on contracting them to start date so they can’t mess you around like they have us. Jimmy talks a good game but sadly doesn’t not deliver on it!

Fantastic job. A lot of work goes into preparing the ground before the grass is put down. The finished work looks very very real. You get what you pay for AAAA+ job!!
