Hi, I've used Prime Grass twice over a while and they are outstanding and worked so hard on each occasion. They simply get it done!! They're are incredible! I will be using them again for sure. On each occasion they have gone above and beyond, they are friendly, reliable and skilled. Thank you Prime Grass, my patio is beautiful, and my decking is fab!! N

I required a professional landscape company to install artificial grass within my rear garden. I was contacted immediately by Primegrass who attended site and forwarded a very reasonable quotation. I was contacted the very next day by the owners saying he had finished a previous job early could he come and install Primegrass attended site with all materials required and installed the artificial grass to a very high standard. The operatives were very courteous and the garden was left clean and tidy. The owner said if there were any problems just call. The team departed and we now have a perfect artificial lawn complimenting our newly laid composite decking. Thank You Primegrass

Stuart contacted me promptly, was polite and suggested lots of ideas whilst working with my own vision of how to create my dream garden . I was more than happy with how the design of the garden turned out which would have earned the company 4 stars, losing 1 star for Stuarts lack of communication regarding when the lads would or would not be working, and even more since the New Year it has caused me a lot of stress when i have tried to contact him. I naively paid the full amount before Christmas as stuart said he needed to pay the lads, even though they were unable to prepare the flower beds due to the very wet weather and clay conditions. As I intended to have them back again in the spring to do the planting, I was happy for the beds to be completed at the same time. However it has been impossible to book them in again even though I requested back in February for a date to be arranged. With missed appointments and ignored texts and phone calls I am now at the end of my tether having paid him so much money. Requests for aftercare advise have also been ignored. And now, the final straw, the roof of my lovely new gazebo is showing signs of leaks. I sent photos through to Stuart a couple of days ago, and yet again he has chosen to ignore my texts, leading me to believe that his 5 year guarantee is not worth the paper it is written on. I feel it is such a great shame that his lack of respect has tarnished my experience, and wouldn't want anyone else to go through the stress that he has caused me.

My husband and I were let down last minute by another company and needed a quick turn around to install fake grass in time for a big family event & Prime Grass saved the day! The team were exceptionally friendly, polite, hardworking and highly skilled. From scoping out the work needed, a vast option of grass options, fast delivery of quote, and quick turn around time, the boys at Prime Grass really went above and beyond. Will definitely be getting them in again to do our front garden - thanks team!
