Don't normally write reviews but.... Not the greatest of experiences with Carl. Initially things were great, Carl came round within a couple of hours and quoted me for a new lawn. Booked in and that was that. The day came where our lawn was booked in and no-one showed up. I called Carl and he was very apologetic and forgot to come. We got the job booked in again for the following week but then I get a message saying he needs to come round and remeasure (must of lost the original measurements) nobody showed up to remeasure.....I asked when he was coming and got told in an hour - an hour passes and then I get told it'll be in the morning....nobody turned up. Must of found the original measurements because the grass is now on order!! (why's it only just been ordered?) Then, delays due to Covid (of course) and I get told it'll be the following week when our grass 'should' be installed. Finally, Carl does turn up and we have some grass down, which is why I gave a 2 star. I did message for some advice 2 weeks ago and to see whether Carl would pop back round but that won't be happening. The whole process took numerous messages and stories before anything got done. It's a shame as I used them because of a 'trusted' local business networking group. Lesson learn't.
