WOW what a great company to deal with ! From start to finish it have been impressed. Needing a powered coated balustrade i originally went to bespoke manufacturers and was shocked by the price and installation costs. I then researched online DIY and self installation kits and found The Outdoor Look. Communication was outstanding with 1 to 1 feedback on my measurements, help and instructions on installation. The quality of the products are first class and I personally found installation so easy, you just need to read instructions and take your time . Before long the balustrade is up and at a fraction of the cost of bespoke fabrication. Thank you so much for your product, help and service i could not be happier !

Fantastic service from start to finish. I received a call back from Brett who stayed in contact regarding my delivery. Needed 62m2 so a big job and delivered in a week. Went for I Ash Silver and Ignite Black Composite. Great prices, great service don’t waste time looking for alternative suppliers 👍

I bought composite decking for my balcony from The Outdoor Look and the whole experience was exceptional! Throughout the process I spoke to their really friendly and informative team on the phone, they were always happy to help and every person I spoke to was lovely. The driver who delivered my decking was AMAZING - such a good guy and carried in the delivery (because I hadn't realized I needed builders there to help him so it was just me). He went above and beyond and I'm so grateful to him. Overall: 10/10 service 10/10 product - the deck looks so so good. Thank you!

Excellent service from start to finish. Great price and speedy delivery. We transformed the side of our house and what was a plain boring wall using Amazon hedge tiles. Thrilled with the results.

I cannot recommend 'The Outdoor Look' enough. I dealt with Scarlette Jolly from beginning to end and she was an absolute star! I was so undecisive about what colour to choose but Scarlette sent me free samples and I received the next day. I choose the Deep Embossed Mist Grey with the deep embossed midnight on the edges and SO GLAD I did!! It looks amazing especially with the lights in! Delivery was smooth - the driver was lovely and pleasant too! I would have no hesitation in buying from these guys again and I most definately recommend 100%
