Great service from start to finish. We decided after years of mowing that artificial grass is the way forward for an easier life! The lads turned up on time and got stuck in with the work. Our new lawn looks beautiful. Thank you very much we wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone. James & Karen

My experience with Eternal Homes, a company run along with Eternal lawns has been extremely disappointing. I signed a contract for an extension project which was originally expected to start in October 2025 and be completed by November 2025. Over the following months, I received multiple revised start dates, but the project never commenced. After repeated delays and ongoing uncertainty, I requested a refund. Although the company confirmed in writing that my deposit would be refunded, I am still waiting for the payment and communication has become very limited. I have since joined a group of approximately 33 customers who report similar experiences involving delays, cancelled projects, refund issues and lack of communication. I have also become aware that a winding-up petition was presented against the company in December 2025. Prospective customers may wish to carry out their own due diligence and review publicly available information before entering into any agreement. Based on my personal experience, I would strongly advise obtaining clear written assurances and carefully considering any upfront payments before proceeding. Even if you say the eternal homes is not your company, I did speak to you in the office and was assured that both the companies are run by the same person any problems you can come to the office directly. This happened in the eternal lawns office

Unfortunately our experience is a tale of 2 halves, I will split my review accordingly and try to remain objective. This might be a long review but if you are planning on using this company then please read all of it. Firstly - the overall service I hate to start with this, especially considering the finish of our grass is absolutely brilliant. However the interactions and experience with this company have fallen well short of my expectations. Firstly I would ask for clarification when getting a quote exactly what labour will be involved and how much you will be charged for this. I say this as the guys who did the grass did a great job but we were told 1.5 days labour would be required and I would say at a push we had less than 1 days labour on the job. Despite arriving at 7am each morning and stating that they did this due to the tracker in the van no work was started before 8am. They even explained that they had fed back that 7am is too early to start so this was a way around this. Everytime materials needed to be removed or brought to site this would take well over an hour and was often followed by a 30-40 minute break in the van. On day one of the job the total time actually working in our garden would have been less than 3 hours. Our cars, windows and doors were all left absolutely filthy along with the whole of our street. Our next door neighbours car is also covered in dust that we will have to clean. When reporting these issues to the sales director Chris he was very dismissive. He stated he has not had this feedback before and implied that I was lying. I also tried to get a direct answer as to how much of the price we paid was towards labour costs as I don't see why I should be paying for people to sit in a van scrolling on phones and smoking. Chris refused to provide a breakdown of this information and said it was irrelevant as we agreed a fixed price. No effort was made to rectify these issues by offering to clean the cars or come back to tidy up the mess. Chris was just interested in getting paid in full for the job. We we're also quoted and left samples for a grass that is animal friendly as we have 2 dogs. This is what we agreed to have installed. However between day 1 and 2 Chris made an executive decision to change the grass without telling us. This resulted in the wrong grass getting fitted. We noticed the first time we saw it as the colour was completely different. This resulted in a rather awkward call to ask what had happened. Chris agreed after some persuasion to change the grass to what we had agreed on initially. He tried on several occasions to explain why he had taken the decision to change the grass but surely the first step would be to consult with your customers. Overall I feel the biggest let down in our experience has been with Chris. He tried to worm his way out of all accountability and just kept referring to the fact the job was completed. I actually feel as though he thought that I was lying and just trying to get a reduction in the overall price. I feel there's definitely some lessons that can be learnt here for eternal lawns but infortunately I don't think that Chris has even listened as he just likes to speak over you. Secondly - the quality of the work. We are absolutely thrilled with the outcome and our new grass looks amazing. Due care was taken throughout the process, our old grass was removed and great care was taken when doing the ground works. All previous layers were removed and the ground was taken back to a solid base to start from. Many previous issues were discovered and rectified along the way. The grass is now much flatter than it has ever been with a great quality finish. Overall would I use Eternal Lawns again. Unfortunately not, the quality of the work is great but I feel let down that my concerns were simply met with defensiveness. Would I recommend Eternal Lawns? I'd recommend the work thay they do as the finish is brilliant. Im unlikely to proactively go out of my way to promate them as I am left with a slightly soured experience.

Had my artificial grass installed last week, which I am very pleased with. Before starting, the very hard working lads discussed everything with me. They were polite, friendly & cleaned up after themselves. My garden has been totally transformed. I would most definitely recommend this company.

Just wanted to give a recommendation to Eternal Lawns as they deserve it! Have just covered my back garden with artificial grass and their work was outstanding! Took their time, were precise and went above and beyond to move extra earth so a very sloped garden was more level. It’s a 40mm pile and it looks super realistic with no mud. I’ve two dogs and that’s a massive benefit. Anyway, not a sales pitch but they are very good if you’re in the market.

Eternal Lawns holds 4.4 out of 5 from 72 verified reviews, which places it 17th of 30 covering Leeds on our ranking. Ranking weights the rating for review volume, so a high score backed by hundreds of reviews counts for more than a perfect score backed by three. Read the individual reviews below before deciding — the pattern matters more than the average.
Eternal Lawns is based in Leeds (LS27 0LQ) and appears on our 12 nearest area pages. Most artificial grass installers work within a 20–30 mile radius of their base, but always confirm they cover your postcode before booking a site visit.
We do not hold quoted prices for Eternal Lawns. As a benchmark, UK installers charge £40–£58 per m² supplied and fitted for a mid-range 30–35mm pile, so a 40m² garden is usually £1,650–£2,350. Ask for a written quote that separates the turf, the sub-base, edging and waste removal — that is where quotes diverge most.
