Pleasant workmen but unfortunately have not responded to several requests to return and replace defective products (sleepers which were damaged/have split). I also had daffodils growing up through my newly turfed lawn which was unexpected … clearly the turf used wasn’t very good - I had to pay Greensleeves to come in and put weed treatment down which I wasn’t expecting to have to do. In addition, several of the paving slabs are slightly uneven and need re-setting. Shaun had you returned my messages sent 20 April and 21May, these details would have been private, but you have left me no alternative but to go public. Shame.

We recently had some block paving work carried out to neaten the side of our house, and I honestly can’t recommend Futures Landscaping, led by Shaun, enough. From beginning to end, everything was handled smoothly. Shaun communicated brilliantly throughout, replying quickly, giving clear answers, and even coming out in person before the work started to go through a few questions we had. The quoting process was straightforward and fast, and there was never any pressure to pay anything upfront. We only settled the bill once the groundwork was finished and we had checked everything ourselves. That kind of trust and professionalism is not something you come across often these days. We actually met Shaun by chance when we were planning to dig a tree circle in our front garden. He stepped in to help there and then, completely unasked, and only mentioned that he hoped we might remember his name for future work. That small act of kindness really stayed with us, and we are very glad we brought him back for a much bigger project. The quality of the work was excellent. Everything was completed quickly, neatly, and to a very high standard with no hassle at all. It is refreshing to find someone so honest and dependable, particularly in an industry where that is not always the case. I have already recommended Shaun to friends and would happily do so again. If you are looking for landscaping, block paving, or general groundworks carried out with care and integrity, he is exactly the kind of person you want.

I had futures and the team to lay a new patio and some artificial grass at my mums house and I can honestly say that they are the best team of tradesmen that I’ve ever had to meet. They were very helpful and professional from start to finish! I’ll definitely use them again in the future.
